We are looking for an experienced casual handyman to join the group for a minimum of 10 hours per week. This role will see you work across all venues including, The Shorehouse, Island Market, Canteen Trigg and Kailis’ Fish Market Café.

**Responsibilities**:

- General maintenance & repairs
- Gardening and landscaping
- Painting
- Repair equipment and various machines
- Maintenance and cleanliness checks
- Document and report maintenance and repair work
- Identify and suggest any additional repairs
- Cleaning jobs where necessary e.g. high pressure cleaning

**Essential Requirements/Experience**:

- Own transport - this is essential as our venues span from Fremantle to Trigg
- Landscaping & painting experience
- Reliable with good communication skills
- Problem solver
- Attention to detail
- Sound understanding of OH&S
- Desirable - Basic plumbing and carpentry

**Being a part of the team means**:

- $35 - $40 per hour, depending on experience

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
