Our client, a manufacturer of sustainable cosmetics and skincare products, are going through a period of growth in the Australian market. Based in the western suburbs, they are looking for a hardworking, reliable, efficient and energetic Warehouse Manager to join their business. Reporting to the General Manager and being responsible for managing two Warehouse Assistants, no two days will be the same.

**Responsibilities of the Role**
- Supervising and motivating the Warehouse team
- Performing quality checks on all incoming stock and packaging
- Managing and controlling inventory levels in your warehouse to support sales
- Ensuring stock is dispensed to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Overseeing the operating systems (DEAR, Shopify)
- Supervising international and domestic freight and logistics and liaising with suppliers and dispatch partners continuously
- Fulfilling reporting requirements
- Ensuring health and safety measures are adhered to at all times to minimise risk of injury
- Keeping workspaces clean and tidy

To be successful in this role, you will have previously worked in a similar role, be quick on your feet, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and get constant satisfaction from a job well done.

- Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a positive attitude
- Continuously seeking ways to improve yourself and the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solutions focused and well-developed problem solving skills

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Previous experience working in logistics and operational planning and management
- Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations and fulfilment
- Prior experience working with E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify
- Highly systems orientated and ideally has experience in Shiphero or WMS
