Loan Origination Analyst - Margin Lending

CommSec is Australia's leading online stockbroker offering clients access to Australian Equities International Equities, Exchange Traded Options, Margin Lending, Cash and Equity Capital Market Transactions.

**More specifically, your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Meet with bankers and clients as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Respond to and action customers queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement ideas and best practice to the team.
- Develop and retain strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with changes to products and services, policies and procedures relevant to the role.
- Be customer obsessed and ensure we are always doing the right thing by our clients

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements and prepare credit submissions for individual, joint and company applicants
- Have a phenomenal sense of time management and prioritisation.
- Ability to work autonomously and be able to meet role objectives and KPIs
- Have experience within Financial Markets, Banking and/or Lending, allowing you to expertly educate clients on our product offering is highly regarded
