Endacom - Job description

We are experts in tunnelling, formwork, shotcrete, and excavation, in the construction industry. Endacom has been selected by Future Generation JV to construct multiple Snowy 2.0 Drill and Blast Tunnel Packages.

**The responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to**:

- Conducting regular site inspections, reviews and audits
- Incident reporting and investigation
- Support operational managers, supervisors and workers to achieve compliance and best practice for OH&S
- Preparation of reports for internal & external stakeholders where required
- Develop and maintain Health & Safety records and systems
- Nurture a culture of inclusion, responsiveness, honesty and accountability

**About You**
- A Tertiary qualification in OH&S or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in Construction or Mining
- Experience working on major/large projects
- A dynamic and energetic personality who flourishes when working as a team member and has no difficulty in working autonomously

**Benefits**:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
