The Lockout-Tagout Coordinator is a vital position that ensures the safety of personnel and equipment by managing the LOTO program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Procedures

  • Maintain comprehensive records of LOTO-related activities and training sessions.
  • Audit and inspect sites regularly to ensure compliance with LOTO procedures.
  • Participate in incident investigations related to LOTO failures and propose corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • University diploma in Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget management.
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing lockout/tagout procedures is required.
  • Proficient knowledge of safety regulations and standards is essential.
  • Strong communication and training skills are necessary to influence others to prioritize safety.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven.
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and deliver strategic problem-solving solutions.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English in an international team environment.
