Reporting to the People & Culture Manager the **People & Culture Business Partner** will provide effective and efficient Human Resources support and advice for leaders, managers and employees with our Utilities division. The immediate key focus will be to optimise Human Resource support to deliver improved business performance across the business. This will be done by enabling the workforce in building and developing leading-edge capabilities, client engagement as well as project delivery. This is a full-time permanent position based in Brisbane, QLD.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Organisation Development, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience in a mid-level or standalone Human Resources advisory capacity including employee relations and general human resource management.
- Understanding of both wages and salaried workforce.
- Significant Human Resources generalist knowledge and practical understanding of relevant principles including working across capability frameworks.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and leadership ability, having impact and influence with the capacity to build professional relationships.
- Experienced in workforce planning and talent succession.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal, coupled with strong organisational and time management skills.
