**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain EDM templates to support marketing campaigns, aligning with brand guidelines and industry best practice
- Develop and execute A/B test strategies, report on results
- Map, build and optimise customer journeys
- Oversee data acquisition strategies, ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
- Create and maintain audience lists and segmentation to ensure targeted messaging
- Identify areas for data-driven learning, optimisation and automation
- Lead the key messaging and broader marketing strategy for the Artesian Loyalty app
- Build relationships with other business units and advise on optimisation strategies, where applicable
- Assist the marketing and events team and other business units with projects as required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience with Stripo and Mailchimp (or similar ESP)
- Experience in Google Analytics 4
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Strong analytical skills - the ability to collect, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to guide decision making
- Must be a critical thinker, a creative problem-solver and a keen learner
- Knowledge of Looker Studio, SQL and data visualisation skills (or an interest in learning) will be highly regarded
- Copywriting skills will also be highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to: solve problems, learn quickly and adapt to rapid change, work autonomously and within a team.
