Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across both digital channels (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing) and traditional channels (events, print media, PR, sponsorships).
  • Support the planning, design, and execution of marketing initiatives in the Finance and Property Development sectors, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing activities on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Branding & Positioning
  • Maintain, enhance, and protect the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Lead brand development projects, including brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and market positioning, tailored to the Finance and Property Development industries.
  • Monitor brand awareness and provide strategic recommendations to strengthen market recognition and trust.
Content & Communication
  • Create and manage a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, investment summaries, and fact sheets.
  • Develop and oversee thought-leadership content, case studies, press releases, and client communications to support brand credibility and business growth.
  • Ensure all content is professional, clear, and tailored to target audiences.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage and optimise company website content and performance (SEO/SEM).
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns using LinkedIn, Google Ads, EDMs, and remarketing channels.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to maximise ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Traditional / Non-Digital Marketing & Events
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage offline marketing activities and industry events, including seminars, exhibitions, sponsorships, and client networking forums.
  • Design and produce offline marketing materials such as print ads, banners, flyers, and event collateral.
  • Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of events, including pre-event planning, promotion, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Represent the company at industry events, ensuring all activities reflect the company's brand positioning and reputation.
Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Finance and Property Development sectors.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to strengthen brand positioning, optimise marketing campaigns, and expand market share.
  • Monitor industry developments and client feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies.
