Positions available for Logan and Spring Hill Restaurant, training will be done for 2-4 weeks at our Spring Hill Restaurant

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
- lead your team to deliver exceptional guest service on every occasion, demonstrating a ‘Guest obsession’.
- Regularly and openly communicate to your team our action plans
- Maintain a culture that emphasises growth, trust and accountability.
- Engage with and promote continuous improvement and business change.
- Maintain health and safety measures.
- Assist to development and drive growth opportunities.
- Help to maintain and add to our culture and uphold our values

**Qualifications**
- Experience in similar role would be desired
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work while leading the team
