**THE ROLE**

The role of **SaaS Product Manager** is to act as “the product owner and expert” for Australia Model Bank. The SaaS Product Manager is therefore responsible for defining and delivering the strategic roadmap, considering end-to-end solution experience. This includes the identification of market trends, the design of appropriate business solutions, the planning of the product development, the support of sales and the delivery of reference clients.

**OPPORTUNITIES**

Within the Country Model Bank business unit, the Product Manager will be expected to have a good overview of our products, both technically and business wise. You will need to build a strong network and work with other Product Manager, Product Directors, Development team and others.
- You will analyze market trends, competition landscape, and sales performance
- You will gather market requirements and synthesize into functional requirements and business cases
- You will drive new opportunities within existing customer base, supports new deals and implementations. You will engage with customers to translate new bank-specific and industry requirements to solutions
- You will be committed to multiple clients as a means of addressing escalations on lack of country banking knowledge
- You will contract with specialists when more detail knowledge in particular area is required
- You will act as a sparring partner for our customers in Australia when it comes to Australia specific functionality
- You will maintain close collaboration with sales departments and clients to understand their requirements.
- You will set the direction for our end-to-end product offering that is needed to support our clients in Australia.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Educational & Proficiency level**:Professional with a minimum of five years of experience in banking industry.**:

- You should have **rich experience in one or more areas of banking, preferable retail banking and end-to-end offering.**:

- You should have a** profound interest in technical products.**:

- You should have strong quality and test-driven development ethics.
- You should have **proven Pre-Sales skills and ability to liaise with customers at senior level.**:

- You should have strong interpersonal and presentation skills (oral and written).
