Reporting to the Head of Platforms and Enablement, you will be a strategic enabler, driving the vision, strategy and roadmap for product success through working with a key partnerships to achieve ambition goals.
As the Partnerships Portfolio Manager, you will be accountable for delivering maximum value to our customers by partnering with our MGAs and managing the portfolio profitability, ensuring optimal business outcomes and exceptional customer experiences.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Accountable for partnering with MGAs initially, with the potential to build and distribute Zurich branded products.
- Own and communicate the portfolio vision including its iteration ensuring its alignment with strategic business goals.
- Proactively manage and engage with stakeholders to drive portfolio growth and profitability
- Establish and maintain key partnerships with MGAs and customers to gather insights and continuously inform product improvements
- Work with internal and external customers to analyse needs, including business process understanding, and align the product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Utilise data analytics and customer research to inform product decisions, ensuring that development is guided by evidence and real-world usage.
- Enhance existing and develop new core business and organization capabilities that support the Organization’s strategic goals and objectives, its customers, or stakeholders to generate business value through new products and service offerings to the market as appropriate.
- Complete forecasting and planning to ensure the strategic vision is aligned with business capabilities.
- Liaise with Claims to ensure end to end customer solutions across underwriting and claims
- Ensure the proposition complies with relevant regulations and standards, particularly in the insurance industry, and manage associated risks

- Substantial insurance experience within a major financial services group.
- Solid technical experience and background with personal insurance products, including pricing and product development.
- Proven capabilities of working with an MGA partner and ddemonstrated experience in managing key stakeholders, along with demonstrated leadership and commitment to high standards of commercial responsibility and compliance through effective risk management, meeting all regulatory, legal and commercial obligations.
- Bachelor degree or appropriate equivalent qualification (Financial markets, Economics, Financial management) (preferred)
