**Maddington Hyundai and Isuzu UTE** is excited to announce a unique and exhilarating opportunity for a driven, career-oriented, and proactive **Used Vehicle Sales Manager** to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead operations concerning the sales of used cars, with an impressive inventory of over 250 vehicles at your disposal. Your mission will be to provide inspiring leadership and guidance to the Used Car Sales team, fostering a culture of success, profitability, and unparalleled customer satisfaction. Join us in creating a vibrant, positive workplace where every day brings a new chance to excel and make a difference.

**YOU**:

- Understanding of used vehicle operations, buying criteria and decision-making processes
- Financially astute with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A natural leader, mentor and developer of staff with focus, passion and determination
- Ability to manage used car stock, ensuring profit is maximised and a positive return on stock investment
- A strong work ethic with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team to achieve targets
- Current C Class drivers’ licence is essential
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or extensive experience in an automotive sales role is essential
