**Maddington Hyundai, Isuzu UTE & Maddington City** is excited to announce a unique and exhilarating opportunity for a driven, career-oriented, and proactive **Used Vehicle Sales Manager** to become the next member of our great leadership team. In this role, you'll spearhead a strong, dynamic and hungry young team of winners and grow our already great result to the next level We don’t expect you to do it all on your own though Our leadership team wins together with an impressive inventory of over 250 vehicles and counting over two locations at your disposal. Your mission will be to provide inspiring leadership and guidance to the Used Car Sales team, fostering a culture of success, profitability, and unparalleled customer satisfaction. - Financially astute with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A natural leader, mentor and developer of staff with focus, passion and determination
- Ability to manage used car stock, ensuring profit is maximised and a positive return on stock investment
- A strong work ethic with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team to achieve targets
- Current C Class drivers’ licence is essential
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or extensive experience in an automotive sales role is essential
- A people’s person, ready to get stuck in to the most rewarding decision you might ever make
