CALLING ALL ASSISTANT SALES MANAGERS & SENIOR SALES PEOPLE

Perth Motorcorp has an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Person to take the next step in their career managing two new vehicle departments. This is a selling managers role for someone who is eager to grow their skill set as a sales manager but with the ability to sell, whilst training and mentoring other sales people.

We're seeking an energetic, positive, hard working individual with a strong customer focus, proven sales ability, and the drive to grow and nurture both departments. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about team leadership, customer service, and achieving growth in a competitive environment.

About the Role

As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will:


• Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets


• Submit daily, weekly & monthly manufacturer reports as well as internal reporting


• Deliver outstanding customer service


• Implement and maintain sales processes and reporting


• Work closely with the General Manager & Dealer Principal to meet dealership objectives


• Contact enquiries, meet and greet customers, close sales & train your sales people
