We have an exciting opportunity for you to develop a rewarding career** **as a** Showroom Floor Manager** at **Maddington Hyundai** We offer a fun, dynamic work environment, career progression and the opportunity to earn some serious cash. This is a unique opportunity to join our team who are revolutionising the automotive industry and the way our customers purchase pre-owned vehicles.

**The Role**:
In this newly created position you will be responsible for leading our Used Vehicles Sales Consultants and Showroom Specialists to deliver an exciting and educational experience for our customers, assisting with appointments and walk-in enquiries, selling value adding services, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

**No Experience in the Automotive Industry? No Worries **We are looking for people working for big box retailers who have a good work ethic - we will provide the training to suit.

**You**:

- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff
- Lead by example, driving sales of the team and maintaining individual targets
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed KPI's
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Full WA drivers licence is essential
- Availability to work late night every Wednesday and half day every Saturday
