We are looking for an administration expert to join our team as a Medical Receptionist at our busy Shenton House clinic.

In this patient-facing role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to clients and staff while remaining professional, caring, and friendly in an everchanging environment.

What you’ll do:

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced administrative role where customer focus remains the top priority.
- Act as the first point of contact to patients, greeting them on arrival and accurately processing relevant paperwork.
- Manage a large volume of telephone enquiries.
- Billing and receipting of patient accounts.
- Ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
- Continuously liaise with the team to ensure efficient processes.

Who you are:

- You have demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service, ideally in a medical/healthcare environment.
- You have strong organisation and communication skills
- Experience in billing/receipting medical accounts, Medicare and DVA billing is highly regarded
- You’re able to handle a high volume of patient enquiries with exceptional phone manner
- Flexible to travel to practices in the northern metropolitan areas as required.
- Experience using Healthtrack and Microsoft suite would be beneficial
