Joondalup, Australia Professor Panegyres - Neurology Full time

Position is for 9am-5pm - day to be determined at our West Perth and Joondalup practices (will be required to attend both clinics).

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting patients
- Check in for appointment - collecting referral and medical details
- Check out post consultation - billing and processing patient claims; can also involve booking review appointments and procedures
- Liaising with specialists and other staff to facilitate assessments and patient care
- Finalising correspondence in relation to patient care and follow-up
- General office duties (filing, scanning, etc).
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to effectively multitask and prioritise
- Consistent high level attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Comprehensive computer skills - be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and MYOB.
- The ability to work cohesively within our team and also able to work autonomously.

Previous receptionist experience is preferred. Successful applicant will be trained in clinic procedures.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
