NRMA Parks and Resorts is a leader in the Holiday Park industry, offering a wide range of services and currently either owning or managing over 55 properties throughout Australia.

Due to an internal promotion, a rewarding full-time, 4 month fixed term opportunity has arisen for a Caretaker with Front Office experience to join our local leading resort and brand at NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort is set on a spectacular beachfront location at Umina Beach on the NSW Central Coast.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will assist to manage an efficient and reliable park operation through the provision of a consistently high standard of Park presentation. You will provide management with assistance in maintaining high levels of guest experience and facilities, ensuring the overall appearance and security are to the highest possible standard. Shared on call duties will be required on a rostered basis.

Core responsibilities include:

- Check in and out guests as required
- Assist with ad hoc maintenance tasks as required
- Provide assistance to the day to day running of the resort across all departments
- Display a guest focused, hands-on approach to all tasks
- Liaise with the Resort Manager/department manager regarding all significant maintenance issues, repairs and soft refurbishment projects
- Monitor and maintain a high standard of safety and compliance for all guests, visitors and team members
- Attend call outs within a reasonable time frame, as required during rostered on call hours.

**About you**:

- You will have a flexible attitude to work and the passion to work as part of a team, who are hands on, confident and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Previous experience with Newbook or similar system will be advantageous but not compulsory.
- Outstanding guest service skills, communication skills and the ability to relate to, and host resort guests from any background.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and navigate completing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reasonable level of physical fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude.

A successful caretaker will consider themselves a confident, 'all-rounder' and able to effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a holiday park or resort environment. This varied role will see you build and maintain successful relationships with team members, guests and key stakeholders. You will provide a versatile and hands on approach to support in all areas of park operations.
