About the role

We are seeking an experienced On Site Caretaker/Handyman to join our team in Biggera Waters, Queensland. This part-time role will involve maintaining the grounds and facilities, as well as providing handyman services to our clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and presentation of our properties.

This is a part time position doing 5-6 hours a day incl weekend days.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform general minor maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with common area duties, skip bin collections, hosing of common areas
  • Swimming Pool maintenance and cleaning
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • After hours guest calls

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a caretaker, handyman, or in a similar maintenance role
  • Practical skills and the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
  • Police check and drivers licence required
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
