Executive Property Maintenance Services (EPMS) is looking for an EXCEPTIONAL person for an EXCEPTIONAL opportunity.

The person we are looking for must be very highly experienced, hardworking and reliable. Must be someone who understands how a small business operates and is a fantastic gardener/caretaker.

This is a very unique opportunity whereby not only are we looking for a crew leader but a job seeker who also has a vision or a dream of owning their own business one day (but may feel like it would be almost impossible to have one).

This is truly an unbelievable opportunity and we are excited to find the right person.

The job involves performing a wide variety of gardens & grounds and cleaning maintenance tasks.
A brief overview of what the job involves is as follows (Please remember, we are only wanting very experienced people to apply, particularly when it comes to hedging, whipper snipping and ride-on mowing work. A minimum of two years experience is a must):

- Complete Property/ Lawns, Gardens & Grounds Maintenance
- Pool Maintenance
- Lawn mowing & edging/whipper snipping
- Trimming of hedges & trees
- Cleaning
- Blowing & picking up garden debris
- Weeding
- Removal of rubbish
- Minor landscaping
- Mulching etc.

The successful applicant must have a very sharp eye for detail. A very high level standard of work ethic and quality of service is expected to be delivered as we work for very high profile commercial clients.
Over the years, we have struggled to find honest, reliable people who have good common sense and who are able to be trusted to work independently and carry out and look after our jobs as if it was their own.
Whoever displays these qualities will definitely be noticed and rewarded.
This position is fast paced and requires a strong level of fitness/endurance.
Individuals must have a DRIVERS LICENCE and be able to confidently DRIVE & REVERSE WHILE TOWING A TRAILER.

**Salary**: $27.46 - $60.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Gardening and use of petrol powered gardening equipment: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
