**TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT**

**What might your typical day look like?**
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and recommend solutions that meet their needs
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the sales process
- Collaborate with our technical team to develop customized solutions for clients
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals that clearly articulate our solutions and value proposition
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and establish yourself as a thought leader in the industry
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate our capabilities to clients
- Continuously develop your technical and sales skills to better serve our clients and contribute to the growth of our company

**You are someone with**:

- A deep understanding of at least some of the technologies XAM works with, as well as how UI/UX design works
- Strong sales and marketing skills, including the ability to identify and generate leads, deliver effective presentations, and close deals.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- The ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders
- A desire to constantly learn, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies

**Our stack**:

- XAM is a digital consulting service and therefore works with numerous clients and tech stacks.
- We are Microsoft Solution Partners and are known for our strong association with.Net and Xamarin
- At the same time, we are also rapidly scaling our Flutter, React, and Azure capabilities.

**People you will work within XAM**:

- Report directly to the Technical Director
- Business Development Managers, shaping deals and wowing customers
- The Design team, incorporating design efforts into proposals
- Developers, Senior Developers and Consultants in the technical team
