**Technical Pre-Sales Consultant**

The Pre-sales consultant will be based in Sydney, Australia and will collaborate with the sales team by acting as a technical expert in customer presentations. He/she will determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in relevant field
- 3+ years of experience on Broadcasting IT
- Proficient in English language skill
- Technical knowledge skills with particular understanding of IP, Cloud
- Ability to run well-structured and clear product demonstrations
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft products and IT knowledge
- Ability to listen to customer’s requirements and translate it to Vizrt’s products and solutions
- Having a high sense of urgency, and able to think both strategically and tactically
- Consultative approach to technical pre-sales engagements with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of internal staff and external clientele
- Experience with Vizrt’s graphics, automation, sport and virtual studio preferred

Reporting to the Head of Pre-Sales APAC, this position will be required to be able to work independently but under the overall direction of the APAC Customer Success plan and team. Be a self-starter who can solve problems and present Vizrt solutions in the best light.

**What you'll do**

The Pre-sales consultant will prepare and run product demonstrations, help the sales teams understand customer’s needs, present solutions for customer needs, has deep knowledge with broadcast and sports technical equipment, workflow, and experience with Vizrt’s products

**Tasks and Duties**
- Support the responsible sales account managers in different territories across APAC, with technical expertise that will help them achieve commercial goals in the respective accounts
- Help to differentiate Vizrt’s products from established and new competitors
- Ability to identify customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements and map to Vizrt solutions.
- Build and deliver custom demonstrations and proof of concepts.
- Provide and present product demonstrations including advanced product features and benefits specific to customer requirements.
- Ensure contract terms and conditions are adhered to during presales phases.
- Smooth delivery of presales activities such as technical consultancy, scoping and quoting, RFP/RFI responses, technical showcases, solution audit/assessments, on site, online and in-house demonstrations.
- Capable of setting up the in-house demo rooms, remote and mobile demos.
- Act as conduit between sales and project delivery teams, ensuring a close working relationship and successful conversion from initial interest to PS handover for project delivery.
- Ability to write and provide technical responses and designs to RFPs and RFIs.
- Build strong working relationships with sales, professional services and other internal stakeholder groups.
- Travel to present Vizrt systems and integrations at customer sites across APAC as required
- Assist our support organization with technical issues encountered by customers
- Always present a commercial acumen and willingness to support sales and project delivery.
