The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for implementing all things VM within the Amart world. Mainly office based and leading a team the VM Manager is accountable for all Point-of-Sale design, distribution and execution for store displays and floorplans.

You’ll be creating the materials to support our in-store teams to execute their VM standards with success.

**About You**

You are passionate and focussed on continuously improving the customer experience. With an eye for detail your creativity will see you thinking of new and fresh concepts, and your drive to succeed will see you execute these plans with confidence.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Create clear communication directives for stores to implement Nationally.
- Create and distribute all point-of-sale material.
- Source new fixtures, plus order and distribute fittings & fixtures as required.
- Maintain and monitor the VM budget.
- Train and coach stores nationally on VM standards using communication guides and platforms such as Teams and Yammer
- Liaise with key stakeholders.

**You’ll have**:

- Adobe Suite - Specifically Indesign & Illustrator
- Excellent administration and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience writing end-user documentation in a clear and precise way
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Own car and current drivers license
- Ability to work autonomously but collaboratively
