Visual Merchandising Manager – ANZ

As Visual Merchandising Manager you will implement counter merchandising and in-store executions aligned with global brand guidelines. From crafting impactful visual merchandising elements to supporting eventing both inside and outside the store — plus the ongoing care and enhancement of our world-class counters - you'll ensure every execution reflects the essence of La Prairie.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee visual merchandising across domestic and travel retail doors in AUS/NZ.
  • Execute creative in-store displays and monthly marketing calendar activations.
  • Manage store design projects, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with global teams.
  • Partner with retailers and internal teams to maintain brand standards.
  • Provide creative input into all event concepts and collaborate closely with the Marketing team on event planning, setup, and execution both in-store and off-site.
  • Handle store design and visual merchandising budgets.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    Minimum 4 years in Visual Merchandising, Project Management, or related fields (Retail Store Design a plus).
  • Strong design sensibility and knowledge of market trends.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional outside-store hours for events.
