We have an exciting opportunity for a Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our by charlotte HQ team We're looking for a creative and brand-aligned storyteller to bring our collections and spaces to life through meaningful visual experiences that inspire, engage, and delight. Please note this role is on a part-time basis (3 days/0.6FTE).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with key partners across Creative, Retail Operations, and Wholesale. Your key responsibilities will include:

Retail Visual Merchandising

  • Develop and execute inspiring visual concepts and window displays that reflect our brand identity.
  • Prepare and maintain VM guidelines to ensure consistent brand presentation across all stores.
  • Manage the production and installation of POS materials, displays, and signage.
  • Use sales data and store insights to optimise layout and product presentation.
  • Conduct regular store visits or virtual audits to maintain visual standards.
  • Partner with Retail Managers to train and coach teams on VM execution.
  • Support store openings, refurbishments, and promotional activations with tailored VM plans.

Wholesale Visual Merchandising

  • Collaborate with the Wholesale team to ensure visual consistency across all partners and stockists.
  • Create seasonal VM guides for key accounts including David Jones.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to align VM strategies with campaign launches.
  • Manage VM materials, inventory, and supplier relationships.
  • Oversee VM budgets, POs, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Contribute to seasonal campaigns, packaging updates, and event activations.
  • Provide feedback and insights to design and product teams to enhance presentation opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

You'll bring experience in visual merchandising within jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail, with a strong grasp of brand storytelling, product display, and customer experience. Organised and detail-oriented, you balance creativity with commercial thinking and use data to guide decisions. Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are happy to travel for store visits and events.
