- As a
**Theatre Bar Supervisor**, you will ensure the highest level of food and beverage service delivery and customer service in accordance with Crown Perth’s brand and established standards in the Crown Theatre. Reporting to the Theatre Manager, you will lead frontline staff by supporting and assisting them during service.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in supervision of staff
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food & beverages offered within the Theatre bars
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods

**Preferred Criteria**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bar related role
- Experience within a 5-star organisation
- Certificate III in Hospitality operations
