Set amid the lavish pool oasis at Crown Metropol Perth, Poolside Bar & Grill offers casual yet stylish alfresco dining. In this outdoor pool venue, you will support your team while delivering a memorable experience to guests as they relax by one of Australia’s best hotel pools.
- The
**Supervisor** will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Crown Metropol Poolside Bar & Grill in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manager. You will assist the Manager in team motivation and ensuring that operational procedures, standards and goals are met daily. Furthermore, you will monitor and evaluate customer service levels and act as an escalation point for frontline bar staff at the venue.

**Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Hospitality role (preferably bars)
- Approved Managers Licence
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage products
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge of Beer, Spirits and Cocktails
- High commitment to exceeding customer service standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Basic understanding on Microsoft Office products
