**In this role, you'll**:
Join a structured and high performing team of Workers Compensation experts who are fun, inclusive and collaborative.

You will manage the data entry and processing of new claims registrations. You will also process invoices and any wagers for claims.

This is a temporary opportunity until 31/03/2025 based in our Burwood office. The team have hybrid working arrangements in place, committing to at least 2 days from the office each week.

**About you**

You’re a customer service professional with a background in Workers Compensation or personal injury (preferred) and familiar with payment codes and regulatory compliance. You will also have experience processing claims, invoices, and wagers.

You must be process driven with a strong Administrative and Customer Service background preferably within a large, structured organisation.

You’re compassionate and empathetic - able to deal with sensitive issues with injured workers, their managers and treatment providers.
