**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Application Support Analyst to join our Engineering & Technology function. This entry-level role offers extensive on-the-job training and the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers in supporting the administration of our Configuration Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Design Drafting tools in alignment with the Digital Thread (Engineering) strategy.
You will assist in coordinating tool updates and enhancements, supporting users across the business, and helping maintain essential engineering systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support PLM build updates and tool integrations
- Assist with technical investigations and enhancement requests for presentation at Change Boards
- Help create user documentation, processes, and training materials
- Contribute to the development of a common vendor part library
- Assist with data migration, user administration, and licensing activities
- Gather and compile technical data for reporting purposes
- Record and publish meeting minutes

**About you**:

- We're looking for someone with:

- Proficiency using Windows and MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Scripting experience, particularly in Excel (advantageous)
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence and Jira (beneficial)
- Familiarity with PLM Systems (beneficial)
- Experience with a Engineering lifecycle tools such as IBM JAZZ (DOORS NG, Rhapsody and ETM) (beneficial)
- Exposure to technical or engineering environments (advantageous)
- Experience with CAD software (beneficial)
