**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with the establishment & audit of Level 1 & 2 Program and Overhead Job Codes in Workbench in accordance with Finance processes
- Assisting with the maintenance of elements relating to the correct use of timesheets within the Finance System
- Review, update and maintenance of LMA standard rate files and calendars for the Project Controls tools.
- Contribution to the ongoing maintenance of work procedures for the above

**About you**:

- Experience in maintaining compliance of systems with respect to specified processes and standards
- Experience in managing time to achieve competing program and business priorities
- Demonstrated keen attention to detail
