We currently have a fantastic opportunity for **a Warehousing, Inventory Management and Business Systems Manager** to join our Mobility team based in **Port Melbourne, VIC**.

In this role, you will manage our daily warehousing, oversees inventory management, and help administrate and improve the flow of work through the business. The Siemens Mobility team is looking for an individual that is aligned with our company values: excellent, innovative, and responsible.
**You will**:
- Manage a supervised team of workers addressing daily business warehousing needs, which includes receiving, picking, packing and shipping
- Help manage inventory using SAP WM and Fiori apps
- Maintain and enhance business administration tools, including SAP
- Develop subordinate employees and contractors
- Identify and help implement business improvements
**Use your skills to move the world forward.**
- Have a comprehensive understanding and prior experience using SAP
- Experience and ability to manage and grow a team. Bonus if you have prior experience doing this in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with inventory control and management. Any additional experience with discrete manufacturing and warehousing models would be highly appreciated.
- Self-motivated and diligent.
