**About Cocoon SDA Care**

Cocoon SDA Care provides support staff as a NDIS-registered provider. Our houses offer our participants a place they can call home, whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit their individual needs. Our highly skilled and passionate team is dedicated to supporting our Participants to live life to the full.

If you have a passion for supporting individuals to realise their full potential, make choices and be in control of the decisions that affect their lives, this could be the opportunity for you.
- PEG Feeding Experience
- Manual Handling Experience
- Medication Training
- A Person-Centred approach in supporting participants in their daily living
An ability to establish a professional relationship with participants, health practitioners and their families.
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required.

**Mandatory requirement**

Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged care or equivalent (desirable)
First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain. Current Driver’s License.

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme **NDIS Worker Screening check** and a **Working with Children Check.**
