Job Title: Disability Support Worker (Casual)

We are seeking two experienced compassionate and reliable support workers to assist clients from across Adelaide to provide high-quality support to our client.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering our client to achieve their goals and independent living.

Key Responsibilities:

- Disability Support Workers with Disability certification and experience.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons and weekends.
- Reliable transportation (desirable)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide emotional support and companionship to our client
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation and household chores
- Encourage and support our clients to participate in community activities and social events
- Develop and implement personalised support plans to meet our client's needs and goals
