**About You**

We are seeking personal Care workers who are passionate about working in Aged Care Residential and have a good understanding of the Aged Care Standards with previous Aged Care experience.

You will provide a high-quality care to the residents, working independently and part of a team.

This will involve assistance with resident hygiene, daily living & lifestyle activities.You will carry out your duties in accordance with the Aged Care Standards and Olivet Care’s policies and procedures.

You will have a strong connection with our rostering teams and your supervisor and team leader, who will offer you the support you need.

**Duties of the role**
- Assist residents with their personal care & hygiene needs whilst encouraging independence
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and other staff members

Deliver excellent customer service
- Undertake and complete tasks as delegated by the Team leader or Registered Nurse
- Provide proper documentation after every shift using e-case
- Taking a reasonable care for your health and safety and others
- Not to be under the influence and/or use of alcohol or drugs while at work

**What you will need to succeed**
- Minimum of Certificate 3 in Aged Care/ Individual support or Home & Community Care pr Cert IV Disability, Bachelor of Nursing or Completed first
- year study towards it
- Current level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Ability to use Microsoft and other Olivet Care software products as required

Good verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills (for rosters, eLearning, progress notes, etc.)
- Enthusiasm and great interpersonal skills
- Current National Police Certificate clearance/NDIS Screening Check preferrable
- COVID 19 and Flu Vaccinations evidence
- Have full Australian working rights
