**WAREHOUSE / DELIVERY DRIVING - MANUAL VAN**

**Our client based in Warriewood is looking for a reliable warehouse assistant / delivery driver to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday to start as soon as possible.**

**Our client is looking for**

**Duties will include, 40% of week delivering products driving a manual van and 60% of the week will be in the warehouse providing various tasks and warranty repair work.**

**_You won’t be bored with the variety of tasks in this role_**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Pick and packing customer orders
- Maintaining and organising paperwork in accordance with the procedure
- Loading, transporting, and delivering products to customers
- Heavy lifting will be required
- Cross checking orders and obtaining customer signatures upon arrival
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
- Assist with warranty repair of products at our warehouse and residential premises.
- Assist with unpacking 20"- 40" containers of stock
- Repacking shelves with stock and keeping a clean warehouse
- Serve walk-in customers and maintaining warehouse documentation
- Assist with chemical manufacture, bottling and labelling
- Assist Management with any other duties they require

**Requirements**:

- Understand instructions and communicate effectively with customers
- Be able to communicate at all levels both written and spoken
- Warehouse and customer service experience is essential
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy products (Up to approx. 25kg) on a daily basis.
- Be a team player as well as the ability to work autonomously.
- Be self-motivated, reliable and hard working
- Mechanically minded and the ability to problem solve
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- High level of attention of detail
- Well presented
- Valid NSW drivers licence and ability to drive a **manual** van
- Clean driving record.
- Non-smoker (due to flammable products)
- Live in the Northern Beaches / North Shore area of Sydney
- Fork lift license desirable but not essential.

This is a seasonal business with holidays to be taken in the cooler months with Christmas and New Year the business is closed.
