**We are seeking a team member for a hybrid role combining Trade Sales Associate and Ute Delivery Driver responsibilities at our Mona Vale store**.**

**Job Summary**

The role involves assisting customers directly, completing sales transactions, ensuring accurate and secure movement of products within the store and warehouse as well as operates vehicles (cars, vans, trucks) to collect and transport goods from one location to another. While industry experience is always welcome, we are keen to bring new people into the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assists with customer enquiries;
- Works with team to ensure branch success and provides excellent customer service;
- Co-operates with other departments and work locations to fulfil customer orders;
- Completes work orders and receiving documents accurately;
- Operates point of sale (POS) system to transact sales;
- Builds product knowledge;
- Assists in maintaining warehouse equipment;
- Operates a forklift;
- Rotates warehouse stock;
- Performs material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, loading and unloading;
- Handles inbound material receiving and allocation to a store or warehouse;
- Accurately loads vehicles for outgoing deliveries;
- Transports goods to and from a variety of locations, ensuring punctual delivery and optimal condition on arrival,
- Checks stock levels and notify appropriate supervisor when minimum stock levels are reached;
- Reports all damage and/or loss of stock.

**Key Requirements**
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with mínimal supervision,
- Team-player,
- Experience with building materials, specifically steel bar concrete reinforcing mesh and concrete,
- Valid licence, of a class suitable for the needs of the position (eg. Standard, light rigid, medium rigid, heavy rigid, or forklift),
- Forklift experience highly desired,
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions.
