**Description**:
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting the team, managing inventory, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and engaging with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill customer orders.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Receive and put away stock efficiently.
- Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, free of hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) policies and legislation.
- Deliver stock to customers as required.
- Assist with over-the-counter sales, phone calls, and offering product advice, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Enter customer orders and generate quotes.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and Experience
- Required
- Current driver’s license
- Forklift license
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, including pick and pack tasks.
- Desired
- Strong understanding of WHS obligations and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Experience in using business software platforms (NetSuite experience highly regarded).
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced / small team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- A problem-solver with a can-do attitude, and a reliable team player passionate about achieving great results.
