**The role**:
**W**hat you’ll focus on**:
- **Research & Analysis** - Gather and interpret data on supply chains, ESG risks, and human rights standards.
- **Modern Slavery & Human Rights Projects** - Support risk assessments, due diligence, and reporting aligned to the Australian Modern Slavery Act, UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights, and OECD Due Diligence Guidance.
- **Reporting & Disclosures**- Help prepare ESG reports and modern slavery statements, ensuring insights are clear, accurate, and actionable.
- **Workshops & Engagement** - Assist in the design and delivery of client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement processes.
- **Project Support** - Coordinate tasks, manage research streams, and help deliver high-quality client outputs.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in sustainability, human rights, law, business, environmental science, international development, or a related field.
- Knowledge (or strong interest in developing expertise) in ESG frameworks and human rights standards (GRI, ISSB, TCFD, UNGPs, OECD).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and briefing notes.
