**About the Role**:
The Community and Client Engagement Officer will be working with relevant community and corporate organisations to create and present tailored programs/ packages that are in line with both JT Academy and their core values and objectives. Partnership and collaboration with stakeholders have been key and will continue to be key in the successful achievement of JT Academy’s project outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong relationships with organisations including corporate businesses, government organisations, community hubs/ youth intervention amongst others
- Follow and build on leads from our website and social media platforms
- Generate leads and create opportunities to present proposals and packages to community and corporate organisations in line with yearly events, campaigns etc.
- Be the go-to person at the Johnathan Thurston Academy for potential partners
- Brief account managers on new partnerships and advise them on requirements of partnership

**Requirements**:

- Must be highly relatable and can easily build strong relationships due to your energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong work ethic essential and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcomes for both your team and your clients.
- Previous experience in a business management; recruitment, sales, marketing.
- Enjoy a challenge and have a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and achieve business growth targets.
- Take pride in your role and relations by diligently following up with customers, being reliable and displaying empathy.
- Must have an open Drivers Licence
