**Job Description**:
As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive team environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Operational Management:

- Overseeing restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
- Monitoring and controlling costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
- Resolving guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Team Leadership:

- Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Providing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Guest Experience:

- Interacting with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Handling guest inquiries and feedback effectively.
- Resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and Mexican cuisine.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
