**The Venue**:
Gage Roads Freo Brewery
Located at the A Shed, Victoria Quay, Fremantle
Operational micro-brewery with a full-time brewer onsite
All-day dining, 7 days a week
Maximum capacity of 1500 people
About the role, what are we looking for?
Gage Roads is the home of Single Fin and good times. We're a relaxed place to work but we do get busy and thrive when the place is full and the sun is out.
The Duty Manager role joins a supportive and inclusive environment where you will work alongside a big management team to deliver great customer experiences down in the big shed.
This role will require someone who has experience on the floor. If you've worked in a restaurant or a busy large venue where your focus was on service at the table then this job is definitely for you. All our positions come with plenty of training and everyone gets trained in all areas of the venue.
The role will also have management requirements where experience in leading teams is important. The role also includes opens and closes and you will need to be strong in back-of-house processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the floor on busy days
Manage all food and beverage operations from time to time
Maintain venue hygiene standards
Uphold the customer experience through
End-of-day, week and month processes including tills, banking and stocktakes
Opening and closing the venue
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Requirements**:
A career professional with experience in hospitality, 2 years in hospitality in a duty manager or supervisor
A can lead a small team and execute against venue standards
Friendly, enthusiastic, positive can-do attitude
Team player
Have attention to detail when it comes to the customer
Strong back-of-house processes. The role will require opens and closes.
Systems experience - pay at table such as Me&U, Point of Sale, Gift cards
Passion for beer
