Bankstown Sports is a one-stop destination for all. The Group operates seven clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.

**Position Overview**: As the Recruitment Officer at Bankstown Sports Club, you'll play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our vibrant and dynamic teams. This position is central to our organisation's success, focusing on building a team that embodies our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

This role is perfect for someone with a Hospitality or Clubs background who is motivated by helping to shape a workforce of passionate and dedicated people. We know that the first step to exceptional customer experiences starts with exceptional people and we are seeking a Recruitment Officer who will help us build this for our members and guests.
