Dynamics 365 Support Consultant

Our Enterprise Technology Advisory team combines expertise in intelligent automation, data engineering, and software integration to help our clients align their technology capabilities with strategic and operational goals. Leveraging KPMG's extensive national and global resources, we take a multidisciplinary approach to unlock the potential of both existing and new technology investments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support for Community Care users, resolving issues and answering queries
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to Azure Logic Apps and third-party apps
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues
- Assist in testing and deploying updates, patches, and new features
- Document support processes, known issues, and resolutions in a knowledge base
- Train end-users on best practices and new functionalities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability and performance

**Functional Skills**:

- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules and out-of-the-box functionalities
- Experience with Power Platform suite including PowerApps, SharePoint and Azure capabilities
- Experience with third-party tools such as Document Core Pack (DCP), Twilio and DocuSign
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members clearly and professionally
- Analyse and diagnose issues systematically, providing innovative and practical solutions
- Escalate complex problems to senior team members while ensuring proper follow-up
- Work closely with the customer support team and product team to share knowledge and improve service delivery
- Display strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks and priorities

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience and understanding of Dynamics 365 custom workflows, Power Automate Flow, business process flows and PowerApps Portals
- Experience of JavaScript, C#, and.NET for customisation and plugin development
- Experience with data migration, integration, and management using tools like SQL Server and Azure Data Factory
- Understanding of REST APIs and integration tools like Logic Apps or KingswaySoft
- Experience with Dynamics 365 deployments and environment provisioning and management

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
