**The role**

Your dynamics support specialist will support all business stakeholders to make better decisions and supercharge Unloan’s mission to become Australia’s most loved digital home loan. You will support the current state power platforms/ Dynamics 365 landscape. This role will report to the Technical Product Manager.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 administration of multiple environments/ entities and day to day support, including all Dynamics integrations.
- Support the current state Power Platform/D365 landscape, providing clarity for users and issue resolution in service orientated manner.
- Effectively identify and escalate complex technical issues to the Product Manager or Project Leads for resolution (Level 3 tickets)
- Experience working with support ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills, combined with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to review and resolve helpdesk tickets related to Dynamics D365.
- Manage data migration requirements and implement changes as needed.
- Partner with the business functional teams to conceptualise, design and build business transformation initiatives, using technology to improve efficiency, quality and grow sales opportunities.
- Identifying the current training needs of the business in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and facilitate them.
- Design and implementation of solutions to meet business / customer outcomes.
- Three years+ experience in IT working with technologies synonymous with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform/Azure
- Relevant experience either in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, D365 Omni-Channel, Dynamics 365 Voice, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Automates, Azure
- Experience building features using.Net, Dynamics 365 Plugins, Javascript, PowerBI, Power Automates
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills in the everyday environment.
- Able to communicate highly technical information as necessary to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
