As the Front Office Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in Front Office and Guest Services. You will also have a level of physical ability is required as you will complete ‘pre-arrival checks’, which involves substantial walking across our large property and there will be a requirement to assist in carrying out touch up/refreshers of housekeeping duties. You will also have an exciting opportunity to work accross and assist in our fun Activities Department **Our boxes to Tick**: - **Outstanding customer service** skills and be well presented, with a friendly and welcoming demeanour - **Passionate** about everything you do** **with a drive to be the best you can and drive the team - **Team-oriented** with a "lead from the front" kind of mentality - **Great problem-solving skills** and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guests - **Experience** in the hospitality industry will be highly regarded - Park Management system experience (Newbook and/or RMS preferred) - Outgoing bubbly personality Reception is open daily from 8am - 7pm and shifts are split across the team and scheduled according to demand. For example some variations include 8am-2:30pm, 8am-4pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm, 11am-7pm, 1pm-7pm We require flexibility to be rostered across a fortnight, with the potential to be rostered for a variety of shifts 3-4 days per week inclusive of Weekends and Public Holidays. **The Perks** - NRMA Group Benefits - Great team culture - Accommodation discounts to all Park locations across Australia - Recognition and Development programs
