**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer who is wanting to take their career to the next level. This role will provide support to new and existing business to business clients as well as being the main point of contact for multiple key accounts. Your can-do attitude will be on full display as you take new orders and quotations, providing product and pricing advice and manage a variety of day-to-day enquiries.

**Responsibilities**

This role will be varied in nature, your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Offering a wide range of support to existing and new clients
- Providing technical support
- Processing large volume product orders
- Invoicing of sales orders for all customers
- Investigate and problem solve stock and delivery issues
- Following up with transportation and delivery enquiries
- Database management of customer account information
- Complete weekly, monthly checks and reports
- Working closely across other departments
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working within a B2B and B2C customer support role ideally with retail channels
- Experience handing and processing customer sales/purchase orders
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic computing skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
- Able to work as an effective team member across different departments
