Lives Lived Well provides support for people in Queensland and New South Wales who are being impacted by alcohol or drugs or problems with mental health, and now we’re expanding our services to **South Australia **
This newly established service will provide person-centred and whole of person, accessible and integrated primary mental health care, and suicide prevention services along a stepped care continuum to underserviced and at-risk groups in the Northern Adelaide PHN Region.

**Your opportunity**
We are looking for two experienced and enthusiastic Administrators to join our new service. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and their families and will support a smooth transition through the service by providing administrative and operational support. Hours will be negotiated however we require **49.4 hours per week to cover these positions. 5 days per week equate to 38 hours so there will be some overlap between the positions.**
**Responsibilities will also include, but not limited to**:
- **Provide effective administrative, communication and operational support to **staff, clients, and stakeholders
- Undertake general administrative duties including the collection of mail, filing, photocopying and other general office duties
- Provide front desk services, meeting and greeting clients and stakeholders arriving at our service location
- Provide secretariat support for meetings, including meeting minutes
- Coordinate and manage events, training, and meeting requests
- Assist with quality management tasks, including audit and compliance requirements
- Oversee and provide child minding services while parents are in therapy
- Co-ordinate arrangements for WHS audit requirements
- General housekeeping of meeting rooms and common areas
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and room set up
- Co-ordinate and arrange catering requirements
- Attend to facility management requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate operational logistics
- Maintain vehicle condition reports, logbooks, and pool cars
**What you’ll bring**
In terms of the role itself, there are some essentials you’ll need:
- Proven capacity to provide a high standard of confidential administrative support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Professional presentation and well-developed client liaison skills
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and negotiate practical outcomes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to proactively prioritise, multi-task and work flexibly
- Previous experience working with children in a child minding capacity
- Hold a current Working with Children Check (SA)
- Desirable: _
**While not essential, we’d also love you to have**:
- Qualifications in administration or business, and child care
- Previous experience working in family and or mental health services
- Experience working with members of the CALD, Aboriginal and Torres Straight Island or LGBTIQ community
- Local knowledge of services
