The Role

The role of the Digital Manager is to develop, manage and optimise the performance of Trenery own website along with third party ecommerce trade partners of David Jones, Iconic, Woolworths RSA and any new and emerging marketplaces.

The Digital Manager will work closely with the Head of Digital to assist in delivering key Strategic initiatives, ensuring a nuanced approach to Trenery execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Trenery digital activities to deliver against seasonal and brand ecom strategies and KPI’s.
- Working in consultations with Head of Digital and Group Digital, will act as brand lead on Digital Strategies teams to deliver experience align to Trenery customer and brand strategy
- Ensure optimisation of Trenery website traffic, sales and conversion through organisation and execution of digital campaigns, promotions and content hubs.
- Oversee Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) program with support of agency.
- Work closely with Web Content team to ensure timelines are met with all campaign, product and promotion launches.
- Oversee technical requirements for website enhancements/creative uploads in conjunction with the group omni team that maximise ROI.
- Lead strategic vision with 3rd party support partners of Bazaar Voice, Fred Hopper and Dressipi, ensuring Trenery Brand execution aligned with Brand vision
- With support of Digital Co-ordinate, ensure brand presence on 3rd party channels of Iconic, David Jones and Woolworths RSA (along with any new and emerging channels) is optimised and results reported back to organisation
- Weekly reporting to TRLT and broader business on ecom results along with learnings and opportunities
- Collaborating with Digital Coordinator to ensure website is optimised and maximising opportunities.
- Manage one direct report by coaching and developing, sharing knowledge and delivering successful outcomes as a team.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Business, Marketing, PR/Communications, Information Technology or related field.
- Previous e-commerce experience gained in a fashion or retail business is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, as well as stakeholder management experience required
- Great attention to detail and excellent organization skills operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Extensive and passionate interest and knowledge of the digital landscape
- Experience using Google Analytics and work flow tools such as Monday/ASANA
- A team player with a positive attitude who is passionate about Trenery
