**About You**:
You have a breadth of experience leading HR Support functions in a shared services environment, analytics, reporting and time and attendance. You have been involved in transformation projects (especially in automating and integrating systems and processes) and can take a broad view of the employment lifecycle and the ecosystem that underpins it. You have strong leadership and mentoring skills and can drive the performance of your team.

**Your new role**:
You will lead a small team and oversee operational reporting, data integrity, time and attendance, general enquiries of our HR Shared Services team (known internally as “People Connect”). You will oversee the delivery key people processes with a lens for continuous improvement and ensuring a streamlined and easy to use experience. Key focus for this role will be to bring together and mentor the team, drive continuous improvement as we transform our processes, integrate the time and attendance function and develop measures and analytics to support the HR strategic pillars and plan.
