As Advisor, People Connect, you will be the first point of contact for IAG employees and external contacts, providing exceptional support and resolving queries through multiple channels such as phone calls, cases, and online chat. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our people.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond and Resolve: Address and resolve queries raised by IAG employees and external contacts within the agreed service level.
- Be an expert: Assist the broader People Team by offering consistent, credible, and timely first-point general advice on HR enquiries, including IAG’s Enterprise Agreement and People Policies.
- Support Data Accuracy: Validate data to ensure accurate capture, enabling effective operation of people systems and processes for an optimal people experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the people experience and address gaps or learning opportunities within specific business divisions.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player who wants to succeed and actively contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to relevant IAG people policies and external laws and regulations.
- Thrive Under Pressure: Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure and deliver high quality results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You are a recent HR or Business Graduate with a keen interest in learning more about HR while working in a fast paced and high performing team
- Strong understanding of employment relations framework and employment legislation
- Your values include a “Customer First” approach, with strong written & verbal communication. You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to work on a resolution.
- Demonstrated exceptional time management and prioritisation skills. You thrive working in a fast paced and demanding environment.
